Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of WeTube, an independent application for managing authorized YouTube channels and publishing content.
1. Eligibility and account access
You must have the legal right to use the Google or YouTube account you connect to WeTube. You are responsible for actions performed through your account and for keeping your devices and credentials secure.
2. YouTube and Google terms
By using WeTube features that access or use YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, applicable Google terms, and applicable YouTube API Services policies. You should also review the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Authorized use
You may use WeTube only for lawful channel-management and publishing purposes. You must not use the service to spam, mislead users, infringe rights, evade platform limits, automate prohibited activity, or violate YouTube or Google policies.
4. User-controlled actions
WeTube performs actions based on permissions granted through Google OAuth and user-selected workflows. You are responsible for verifying the target channel, titles, descriptions, visibility settings, scheduling details, and other content information before publishing or updating a video.
5. Availability
WeTube depends on third-party services, including Google and YouTube APIs. Features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or limited because of API availability, quota limits, policy changes, maintenance, or technical issues.
6. Content and rights
You retain responsibility for the content you upload or manage. You must have all rights and permissions required to publish that content.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when needed to protect the service, comply with law or platform requirements, or address misuse. You may stop using WeTube and revoke Google authorization at any time.
8. Privacy and data controls
Our Privacy Policy describes how WeTube handles data accessed through YouTube API Services. Our Data Deletion & Revocation page explains how to revoke authorization and request deletion of stored data.
9. Disclaimer
WeTube is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. WeTube is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
